By accessing or using RunMist ("runmist.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RunMist provides a platform for deploying and managing web applications on your own servers. We provide the dashboard and tooling; you provide the server infrastructure.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to use RunMist for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on the rights of others, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the service's operation.
The service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by RunMist. You retain ownership of your content and applications deployed through the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall RunMist be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
